What happens after the first six months?
The ₦650,000 is paid off, so the fee drops to ₦59,000/month — the ongoing cost of the platform, your dedicated line and the assistant. Month 7 onwards is ₦59,000, whether you paid monthly or in full.
What does the ₦650,000 actually pay for?
Setting you up properly: your own dedicated phone number, the assistant trained on your services, prices and opening hours, your website built from your own photographs and reviews, and your team shown how to use it. It is a launch, not a licence key.
Can I cancel?
Any time from month one. There is no minimum term and no exit fee — if you cancel in month two, the remaining instalments are simply never charged. You keep your data.
Is there anything on top?
₦15,000 of communication credit is included, which covers your texts, calls and the line for a good while. After that you top up and pay only for what you use — a text is about ₦4.50, and your dedicated number is $1.90 a month at cost. No markup, no per-seat charge.
Do you take a cut of my sales or bookings?
No. We never take a percentage of your revenue. Card payments are processed by Paystack and go straight to your own bank account.
What if I want something beyond this?
If your business needs a fully custom website, a patient or client portal, business email hosting, or a bespoke integration, get in touch and we will scope it separately.
What if I miss calls outside working hours?
That is the point. The assistant answers every call, day or night, and texts back whoever it could not reach so they can book by link. Most of the revenue this recovers comes from calls nobody was there to pick up.
